Indoor solar cell test and characterization system which is able to simulate a variety 

of indoor light color and light intensity (200lux~10000 lux; 0.00005sun~0.025sun; 

0.05 W/m2~ 25W/m2; 0.005mW/cm^2~2.5 mW/cm^2. Continuously adjustable), 

spectrum, high non-uniformity(≦±2%) and large illumination area(> 250x250mm^2; customized). 

Traceable to light intensity calibrated devices, is able to accurately evaluate the indoor use of solar 

cell conversion efficiency.

Items Descriptions
Light Source System a. Light source system integration T5 light source and LED white light source, two light sources are switchable.
b. Light source system with active cooling system, and EMC protector.
■ T5 Light source:
  • Light intensity can be manually adjusted 10%~100% output. Light intensity range can cover 200~10000 Lux. User can uses Z-axis stage to adjust the height to reach the intensity, resolution <5 Lux.
  • Nonuniformity is better than Class B (≦±5%) within 25 cm x 25 cm illumination area.
  • Nonuniformity is better than Class C(≦±10%) within 50 cm x 50 cm illumination area.
  • Instability is better than Class B (≦±5%)
■ LED Light source:
  • LED array; light intensity can be adjusted by computer controller (0-100%); light intensity range can be covered 200~10000 Lux, resolution >1000 steps.
  • Nonuniformity is better than Class B(≦±5%) within 25 cm x 25 cm illumination area.
  • Nonuniformity is better than Class C(≦±10%) within 50 cm x 50 cm illumination area.
  • Instability is better than Class B (≦±2%)

Dark Room System a. Isolate the ambient light, stray light effectively. Avoid affecting the accuracy of test results at low light levels (anti-reflection black painting).
b. Darkroom size (length: 1.7 m, width: 1.5 m, height: 1.9 m).
c. T5/LED Light can be quickly and easily switched without disassembly.
d. Expandable 8-channel measurement system (optional).
Electrical Measurement System a. SMU function.
b. Integrated 4 quadrant power measurement capabilities.
c. Maximum output: 210 V, 3 A DC/10.5 A Pulse current.
d. Minimum power resolution: 1 pA/1 uV; Minimum measurement resolution: 100 fA/100 nV.
e. Support common SMU SCPI instruction set.
Software a. With SMU setting function.
b. Setting the voltage forward and reverse sweep mode,and show the results automatically.
c. Analyze solar cells IV characteristic curve: Jsc, Voc, FF, PCE.
d. Setting sweep or step scan mode, and calculate the scanning speed (mV/sec).
e. Scanning results can be more graphical display and editing, and able to export .exl and .txt data formats.
f. Executes timing/ repetition IV characteristic curve measurement.
g. IV characteristic curve measurement automatically corrected to the target light intensity curve.
h. Support two-wire or four-wire measurement mode.
Stage system a. To provide a total of plane detection tools which is able to help checking Lux and Irradiance value.
b. The system has Lux and Irradiance sensor, and traceability certified report.
c. Provide test fixture.
d. Z-axis manual sample stage, travel distance: >100 mm, resolution: 1 mm.
e. Temperature maintain (25±1℃).
f. Provide 4-wire measurement of all the necessary wire and spare parts.
