“2012 Cooperation and Exchange Conference of the Renewable Energy Industry across the Taiwan Strait” was held at Baoding City, China from August 30~31. Enlitech, China General Certification Center (CGC), National Institute of Metrology P.R.China (NIM) and Taiwan Photovoltaic Industry Association (TPVIA) mutually signed “MOU of Reference Cell manufacturing and Calibrating Technique Research”, in order to positively set up Photovoltaic Inspection Standards between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits.
With the development of photovoltaic market, the establishment of completed traceability system is indispensible factor for international commerce and trust of products. Therefore, the comparisons of calibration abilities for Reference Cells (used by traceability) were risen internationally, so that Taiwan and China set up related inspection standards for photovoltaic products, the final decisions of standard establishment are also deeply influenced by the manufacture of Reference Cells and calibrating techniques.
The representatives of Enlitech, CGC, NIM and TPVIA signed the MOU by the technique and research scope of reference cells across the Taiwan Straits, to establish mutually cooperative mechanism and exchange platform. Enlitech deeply appreciates the supports from its customers over the years, and looks forward to increasing cooperative opportunities in the future to work traceability standard out together.
