QE-R was introduced into UC Merced Prof. Tung’s Lab to provide total solution for All-Carbon Based Hybrid Solar Cell.


Joseph, the general manager of Enlitech, visited Prof. Tung’s Lab in UC Merced in July, 2012, to push ahead with academic and technology exchanges for QE-R system which Prof. Tung’s Lab introduced.
Prof. Tung is a pioneer for applying carbon materials on self-assembly electronic components. He devotes himself to developing new generation All-Carbon Based Hybrid Solar Cells (he’s the first researcher in the world for creating the kind of solar cells). Introducing QE-R as labs equipment, Prof. Tung’s Lab not only uses for measuring Spectral Response / Quantum Efficiency of All-Carbon Based Hybrid Solar Cells, but further developing new type of All-Carbon Based Photoelectric Chemical Cell for Water Splitting.

As for the solutions of QE-R, the high integration of QE-R system is well recognized for Prof. Tung’s group. Besides, the group also evaluate the performance well for some QE-R’s features, including saving more space in lab, more accurate measurement, interface friendly for software and easy operation. For this visit, Enlitech not only establishes long-term partnership with UC Merced, but sets a new milestone in international academic cooperation research.
