Joseph, the general manager of Enlitech, visited Prof. Tung’s Lab in UC Merced in July, 2012, to push ahead with academic and technology exchanges for QE-R system which Prof. Tung’s Lab introduced. Prof. Tung is a pioneer for applying carbon materials on self-assembly electronic components. He devotes himself to developing new generation All-Carbon Based Hybrid Solar Cells (he’s the first researcher in the world for creating the kind of solar cells). Introducing QE-R as labs equipment, Prof. Tung’s Lab not only uses for measuring Spectral Response / Quantum Efficiency of All-Carbon Based Hybrid Solar Cells, but further developing new type of All-Carbon Based Photoelectric Chemical Cell for Water Splitting.
As for the solutions of QE-R, the high integration of QE-R system is well recognized for Prof. Tung’s group. Besides, the group also evaluate the performance well for some QE-R’s features, including saving more space in lab, more accurate measurement, interface friendly for software and easy operation. For this visit, Enlitech not only establishes long-term partnership with UC Merced, but sets a new milestone in international academic cooperation research.
