From laboratory to industrialization: "Academic debate" perovskite technology revolution and market application of EnliTech and world masters


From October 24th to 25th, perovskite international conference 2019 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province organized jointly by Dutch ThinFilmSeminars and Singapore SERIS has brought to a successful close. Experienced perovskite domain experts are gathered in the meeting from the Netherlands, Switzerland, Britain and the United States, China, Singapore, Sweden, France, Germany and more than 20 countries and regions, updated comprehensively the progress of the industrialization deployment of perovskite, and about more than 200 domestic and foreign experts and relevant field scientists communicate on "perovskite photovoltaic future development- industrialization perovskite technology" subject to communicate, who have provided guests with complete equipment, process and EPC solutions in perovskite field.


As the host and organizer of this global perovskite conference, Michael van der Gugten, manager of equipment solutions of Smit Thermal company, Netherlands, delivered a welcoming speech on behalf of the organizer. He welcomed international friends including universities and technical experts from all over the world to Hangzhou, China to jointly discuss the industrialization of perovskite batteries.

Since it was firstly reported in 2009, perovskite solar cells has caught global attention because of their excellent photoelectric properties, and a new type of solar cells on the basis of the perovskite materials has got special favor with the researchers. In 2013 the journal Science rated the perovskite related work of solar battery as one of the top ten scientific breakthroughs, presenting its advantage of "low cost, high efficiency", and it has attracted numerous scientific research personnels. However, the commercialization of perovskite solar cells from the laboratory cannot be achieved overnight. At present, there are many factors that hinder the commercialization of perovskite solar cells, such as its chemical stability. And the preparation method is not simple enough, as is limited to a small area.

As is known to all, the preparation of high efficiency and high stability solar cells and the understanding of the I/V characteristics of the internal structure of the devices are the most fundamental basis for analysis. For this reason, EnliTech has spent several years developing a high-performance solar cell quantum efficiency system, which can greatly improve the accuracy and repeatability of measurement results (up to 99.8%).

Invited by the organizers, EnliTech delivered excellent speech of the precision measurement solution of perovskite battery at the meeting, in which they have shared their experience, accurate measurement of perovskite solar cells analysis, NREL perovskite solar asymptotic method, standard cell differences and spectral mismatch, Jsc (SS) and Jsc (QE) and other aspects starting from the viewpoint of the instrumentations. At the same time they have introduced the good data of QE measurement equipment in the industrialization application.

QE is an important indicator in the calibration efficiency of solar cells, with the progress of process with diligence, the unit not only needs to use QE to improve the structure and process, the proportion of battery plant enterprise listing QE on quality control indicators also continues to improve in recent years, therefore, if perovskite solar cells step from the laboratory to industrialization, achieving precise QE measurement equipment is very important.

A new round of technological revolution is coming, and perovskite solar cell technology will become gradually mature, EnliTech will promote the technical and mass production development of perovskite solar cells with practical actions, and help researchers achieve further breakthroughs in the quantum efficiency test record of perovskite solar cells.
